Many of us in America, saddened at the Flagrant Disregard for the Average American Citizen that we see from our leaders, our Banking Establishment, the Corporate World, and the Faceless Bureaucrats who Control so many aspects of our Lives, feel Helpless to have any REAL Influence on the Course our Country Takes, and the Shape it is Developing. We Feel... Outside the LOOP, we feel Taken for Granted, used and abused, and Since 2008, Kicked to the Curb, ...Many of us. 

We Watch with Disapproval as City Councils, State Legislatures, and the Federal Government Issue Laws and Decrees that - MOST Average Americans Disagree with, Yet the Officials Seem determined to Ram an Agenda Down our Throats, and proceed to Run Over us, Anyway, Implementing their Latest Plans in SPITE of our Objections. And Let Me be CRYSTAL Clear Here: This is NOT....a "Right" or "Left" Phenomenon. It's Going on ALL over this Country, being hurled at us by the "Left" AND the "Right" !

No, what we are Enduring in America right Now...is Something much DEEPER and Broader than the "Left-Right" Thing.

And I can PROVE it. George H. W. Bush was in the White House(Bush 41)...when the Rio Conference in 1992, which the Bush Administration SUPPORTED...was HELD, that gave us Agenda 21. But then HE - Left Office and it was the CLINTON Administration that Formally Agreed to it's Contents. Then, under George W. Bush's (Bush 44) Watch, the Federal Government QUIETLY Began to Sign off on some of it's Contents, and Many Localities around the Country...Began to Implement it's Designs. This Process has Accelerated under the Obama Administration. You...SEE. This Process Goes...FORWARD, no Matter WHICH Party is in the White House !!!

Just Like ...NAFTA ! Just Like Overseas WARS. Just Like Corruption, Scandals and Threats to Our Liberty. Clinton pushed the Scary "Anti-Terrorism" Legislation on us, after Oklahoma City, and Bush Pushed the Even More Dangerous Homeland Insecurity Department and "Patriot Act" (Which ISN'T Patriotic at ALL!) on us. Now Obama Gives us NDAA and TPP, and they TOO will Be Damaging to Personal Freedom in the United States of America ! And BOTH Bush ... AND Obama have been in office as the Federal Intelligence Agencies Have been Monitoring ALL of our Citizens !

No MATTER....who we VOTE for...the SAME, Basic Agenda Rolls - FORWARD. TRUE, the Democratic Party...IS more Inclusive, more Progressive and More Pro-Growth, while the Republican Party IS more Low-Taxes, Protect the Bankers and more for Traditional Marriage and Pro Religious Freedom, there ARE Differences...but the REALITY of HOW the Parties have ACTUALLY Governed, when in Control of the White House, is...VERY, Very Similar. REALLY...it IS. This is the Dirty Little Secret that the Mainstream Media...DOESN'T want the Average American to UNDERSTAND: The AGENDA....will Move FORWARD, Whoever is in the White House.

WE...the People, REALLY, the RANK and File American, who is Just Trying to Raise a Family, Hold down a Job, Pay the Bills, and Hopefully, Have Something to Retire On....WE, are FORGOTTEN by the Established Order in Washington these Days, Basically.

We Have representatives in Washington who Promise THIS and Promise THAT, but I Can Promise you THIS: No matter WHO Promises you WHAT, Here is what WILL Happen in the Next year or TWO: MORE Restrictive Rules will be Passed. Your Right to Privacy will continue to GO AWAY. The CIA and the NSA...WILL Continue to Monitor - EVERY SINGLE One of Us, and to collect data on ALL of us, Regularly. We...WILL be Involved in Military Operations - SOMEWHERE, that will END the Lives of Many Young Americans, and Most Likely, will Drive us Further Into Debt. The TSA, Local Law Enforcement, Federal Law Enforcement...will ALL Continue to Abuse the Average Citizen. Average Americans will Make a SMALLER and Smaller % of the Nation's Wealth, while the Wealthy will CONTINUE to Get Richer and Richer and Richer. And Drug Companies, Defense Contractors, SECURITY Firms, and ALL the TOP IT Firms...will Continue to Monopolize their Grip on America (Microsoft, Intel, Google, Cisco, Facebook, etc.). MOST of ALL...what will Continue, will be the Frustration we FEEL that we are Left Out of the Processes that absolutely Control our Lives and Now Threaten our Very Freedom in America.

I PROPOSE: That...WE the People, who are NOT....Shills for Anyone, nor are we AFFILIATED, Guided By or Paid by...ANYONE, Have a - "CITIZEN'S CONGRESS".   Every state could Send Representatives to this Congress, but Certain Rules would HAVE to APPLY: NO Bankers. No Bureaucrats. NO CEO'S, Just - PEOPLE, REAL People, from every walk of Life; every occupation, every Political Persuasion, every Religious Affiliation, and every Race and every Lifestyle. WE...The PEOPLE.

I Propose that we Hold it the VERY...WEEK that the 2013 Bilderberg Meeting is Held next spring, whenever THAT is (The date and Place haven't been Announced at this time): The Point...BEING, that WE...the PEOPLE are Tired of Pointy Headed Think Tank Elites, Powerful Corporate Moguls and Snooty Billionaires...MEETING Once a year...to DECIDE - OUR Fate !

So, this "Citizen's Congress"...Could be a COUNTERPOINT to THAT....Each Year, in the Very Same Week that - THEY meet, WE Will Meet !!!

And we could Pass Declarations to take to the US Congress after it's Concluded. OR, another IDEA...we could FIRST Take the Resolutions that are Passed BACK to our Respective States, and Air them out on the Internet, and Let the Entire Population....Voice their FEELINGS concerning the IDEAS - GENERATED by the Event. 

This...General IDEA that I've Developed here...is NOT Rigid in any way, and There is Endless Room obviously to Cultivate it in Whatever Form the PEOPLE Want, as LONG as it's A.) Absolutely FAIR. ANYONE can SEEK the Opportunity to represent their State at the "Congress", and Work to Generate Support On-Line or in Print for their Candidacy. B.) The "Committee" that would Organize the Event would, I PROMISE You, Have to be Good at Detective Work, I assure You, because once the Establishment LEARNS of Our Plans, they will UNDOUBTEDLY...send in Many TROJAN Horses...to SCUTTLE the Effectiveness of the Event.

WHAT....I Envision is THIS: In front of the Whole WORLD, Absolutely, TOTALLY, Transparently....Average Working AND Unemployed American Citizens, Small Business Owners, Students, Seniors, Ranchers, Truck Drivers, Forest Rangers, Brick Layers, Teachers, Police Officers, Firemen, State Workers, Construction Workers, Car Salesmen, Insurance Sellers, Cooks, Baby Sitters... AMERICANS of ALL Kinds, COMING Together....to Speak UP about the Many Serious Concerns we Have about the Condition and Direction of our Beloved Nation; TIRED of No One in Washington....HEARING our Concerns, and Determined to Make a DIFFERENCE in the DESTINY of our Country !

I Have NO: Preconceived Notions of HOW this Event should be Organized, Precisely, and even IF I DID....I wouldn't Want to TAINT it with any set of Guideline ideas for exactly WHAT Form or Fashion this ought to be Carried Out. I see this as a REAL Opportunity for the American CITIZENS to Come Together, in a Peaceful Manner, to Declare THEIR Concerns to the "Powers that be" in America. This is ABSOLUTELY in Keeping, Not Only with the SPIRIT of the United States Constitution, but it absolutely is Guaranteed us in the 1st Amendment(Bill of Rights). We would Seek to do NO Harm to our Republic, but Rather to Strengthen it, by Meeting to Address Issues we Strongly Feel are NOT being Attended to by our Elected Leaders in Washington.

Needless to SAY, we would Need "Benefactors" to Cover the Financial Expense of this Event, but One way or Another, I am Confident Funding can be Found and a Location Arranged to Hold it. Perhaps a Sports Dome, or some other Public Facility. 

I Truly believe, that if this Event is Held in an Earnest, Law Abiding Fashion, and we Successfully Address many Issues which Concern our Population, but are NOT Being addressed by our Elected Officials, and we Seek the Opinions of the General Population concerning our Resolutions, the Elected Government in Washington would Be....HARD Pressed to Ignore our Urgent Appeals.

We HAVE to Try. For the Sake of our Freedoms, our Constitutional Guarantees, and Our Very WAY of Life in America. WHILE...there is Still TIME and Opportunity.

I am a Man Growing Old, and I Have Never Been a "Joiner" or an Organizer. I Leave all THAT...to Others.

I ask Every Concerned Citizen in America, and I Figure that's MOST...of Us, to Please Seriously Consider my Proposal, and Give it Generous Thought. NOT because it would Gratify ME if this Happens, but Because I TRULY...Believe it is the VERY Thing that is Needed in America, At THIS Particular Moment in our History.

SOMEHOW, a Great Many Things have gotten..."Out of Whack" in our Country in Recent Years, and I Personally Believe that a RE-Commitment to The Principles of our Founders, and a Renewal of our National Purpose to be THE Beacon of Freedom in a Troubled World, would Bring a - FRESH WIND into our National Life.

IF...You Feel that I am Onto Something Here: PLEASE....TALK to your Friends and Family, and your Associates at WORK, and Together we will Discover if this Idea Can be Successfully Engineered. I HONESTLY Believe this Event...COULD Be the Very Thing Needed at this Time, to Both HEAL the Divisions in our Nation, and To Re-Vitalize the Very PROCESS of Freedom and Democracy in America, to PROTECT it Now, and to SAFEGUARD it for Future Generations.
